Could We Have All One Seeds?
It hasn't happened since 2007, and never happened before then.
College basketball was super top heavy this season, with the one seeds dominating their respective conferences. We could very possibly see all four as the last four standing:
The Boston Celtics are getting four points at home against the best team in the West. Though it may not feel like it, the Celtics’ two best players are still quite young. They will be in for some trouble tonight as Utah will surely get defensive. The Under 229.5(-110) is the play here.
The Miami Heat are defending Eastern Conference Champs and are now reminding their form as we head into the stretch run of the professional season. We can expect them to execute offensively against a dwindling Cleveland baby Cavaliers tonight. Don’t be cavalier, take the Over 207(-110).
Last night, the Knicks let up a masterpiece James Harden performance, as he tallied 15 assists in Brooklyn. There was no answer to stopping his drive-and-dish play. The Knicks have a taller task, literally, tonight when they head to Philly against Ben Simmons. The southpaw should find his way to 10+ assists (+240) fairly easily, and the 76ers will win outright(-300).
The Bulls need a signature win, as they take on a struggling OKC Thunder team mere blocks from my current residence. Zach Lavine can and will score against these guards. Bulls cover -6.5(-110) and Zach Lavine gets 35+ points(+390) at the United Center.
CAPS’LOCK of the night: The Portland Trailblazers -2(-110) over the New Orleans baby Pelicans:The Portland Trailblazers take on the New Orleans baby Pelicans tonight in Oregon, where the visitors are getting two points. Portland is a veteran team. New Orleans is not. Blazers get home cooking in a game they need to win.
